The Challenge
Samsung Italy needed to launch a new product line with a tight CPL target across 5 European markets simultaneously. Existing campaigns had plateaued and the in-house team lacked TikTok Ads expertise to scale.
Our Approach
We built a full-funnel TikTok + Meta paid structure with market-specific creative. Each country received localised UGC-style video ads tested in a rapid 2-week iteration cycle.
